All the following new apps will be introduced on Dynamics 365 from April to September 2019: Dynamics 365 Product Visualize: Announced at Build 2018 last year, Product Visualize allows sellers to showcase and customize products more efficiently. This can be done in their actual industry areas, whether it is tech, healthcare, or others. Microsoft says the app will debut on iOS in preview for Sales and Microsoft Teams. Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service: Microsoft also discussed a new cloud-based tool for creating customer virtual assistants. This is like the solution accelerator the company talked about last month, providing templates and best practices for users to create their own customer virtual agents. Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection: Another cloud-based service, Fraud Protection is an app designed for e-commerce owners. As the name suggests it can help prevent fraud and increase bank acceptance rates. Microsoft says a public preview will be available from April 2019. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights: Business owners can improve the information they receive about consumers through the Customer Insights app. Microsoft says the new service will help organizations keep customers and create more loyalty through data insights and analytics.
